京明旭钢化真空玻璃简介：

                                          真空玻璃使用注意事项

一、真空玻璃运输时：

         1、真空玻璃运输时要采用遮阳包装，阳光不能照射真空玻璃，因为真空玻璃保温性能好，光辐射可通过真空层传导热能，当光能转为热能，热能只能靠热对流、热传导、热辐射散去。真空玻璃有很好的阻挡热对流、热传导、热辐射的功能，在两块真空玻璃之间，间隙小热能不能及时散发出来，会发生复合真空玻璃两面温差大产生变形。

         2、真空玻璃与中空玻璃运输方法一样，小心注意安全运输即可。

二、真空玻璃搬运时：

         1、一平方米真空玻璃与中空玻璃一样正常搬运即可。超过一平方米真空玻璃搬运时要竖直搬运。

         2、搬运时与中空玻璃一样不能磕碰角部、边部。

         3、多片真空玻璃重叠储存时避免阳光直射。

三、真空玻璃安装时：

         1、真空玻璃安装时注意不能磕碰角部、边部。

         2、真空玻璃安装时抽气孔金属保护帽处在左上角或右上角。

         3、真空玻璃安装时在室内侧，复合中空玻璃在室外侧。

         4、单片真空玻璃安装时抽气孔金属保护帽在室内侧左上角或右上角。

四、真空玻璃使用时：

         真空玻璃使用时根据不同的使用环境与位置，采取相应的方法使用与中空玻璃使用基本一样。

二、 When handling vacuum glass:

1. One square meter vacuum glass and insulating glass can be handled normally. More than one square meter of vacuum glass should be transported vertically.

2. The corner and edge of insulating glass shall not be touched during transportation.

3. Avoid direct sunlight when storing multiple pieces of vacuum glass.

三、 When installing vacuum glass:

1. When installing the vacuum glass, pay attention not to bump the corner and edge.

2. When the vacuum glass is installed, the metal protective cap of the air hole is at the upper left or right corner.

3. The vacuum glass is installed in the indoor side, and the composite insulating glass is outside the room.

4. When the single piece vacuum glass is installed, the metal protective cap of the air hole is in the upper left or right corner of the indoor side.

四、 When vacuum glass is used：

According to different environment and location, vacuum glass should be used in the same way as insulating glass.
